Charges for video synching and digitization are calculated by video run time of each witness, with a two hour minimum, and billed in 30 minute increments thereafter. We do not accept tapes recorded in EP or LP mode. MPEG1 videos submitted must be set to 352x240 pixels.

Once we receive and review your videos, you will receive an invoice via email. Invoices are to be paid in full before we ship your synchs.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Video Synching*	$35 per hour ($70 min.)
Manual Video Synching *Manual synching is required for poor recording quality, excessive background noise, and thick accents, which causes errors within the synchronization software.	$52 per hour
Digitization of Video (Does not apply to video delivered in MPEG1 format at 352x240 pixels)	$15 per hour ($30 min.)
Additional Copies (One disc is included with the Video Synching)	$20 per disc
Next Day Rush (Available for up to 6 hours of video)	Add 35% to subtotal
Two Day Rush (Available for up to 15 hours of video)	Add 20% to subtotal
Shipping (All shipping is FedEx Standard Overnight)	$20 plus $2 per tape/DVD
