Charges for video synching and digitization are calculated by video run time of each witness, with a two hour minimum, and billed in 15 minute increments thereafter. We do not accept tapes recorded in EP or LP mode. MPEG1 videos submitted must be set to a standard NTSC resolution and pixel aspect ratio. Preferred resolutions are 720x480 and 352x240 pixels.
Once we receive and review your videos, you will receive an invoice via email. Invoices are to be paid in full before we ship your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
