  1. Do you provide live technical support?
    Yes.  Our technical support can be reached at 1-866-SYNCHING from Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST. If you call during hours that we are closed, you can leave a message and a technical support representative will get back to you as soon as the message is received.
     
  2. What are the minimum system requirements in order to use the product?

  3. What are the recommended system requirements in order to use the product?

  4. What is the cost?

  5. Will the synched video work on a Macintosh?
    At this time, we do not support Macintosh.
     
  6. What is your normal turnaround time?
    Our normal turnaround time for digitizing and/or synching is 3 to 4 days. We do offer rush services for an extra fee. Our rush charges are listed on the pricing page.
     
  7. What is the format of the video contained on the DepoView CD?
    The video on your DepoView CD is in MPEG1 format.
     
  8. I can't see the words when I play back my clips.  What should I do?
    In order to see the captions, you must have Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher, which comes with almost any version of Windows.  In Windows Media Player, go to Play -> Captions and Subtitles and make sure that the "On if Available" is selected.

  9. What are my payment options?
    All payments are made at the time of order.  Payment is made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
