Will the synched video work
on a Macintosh?
At this time, we do not support Macintosh.
What is your normal turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround time for digitizing and/or synching is
3 to 4 days. We do offer rush services for an extra fee. Our
rush charges are listed on the
pricing page.
What is the format of the video contained on the
DepoView CD? The video on your DepoView CD is in MPEG1 format.
I can't see the words when
I play back my clips. What should I do? In order to see the captions, you must have
Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher, which comes with
almost any version of Windows. In Windows Media
Player, go to Play -> Captions and Subtitles and make
sure that the "On if Available" is selected.
