- Will the synched video work
on a Macintosh?
At this time, we do not support Macintosh.
- What is your normal turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround time for digitizing and/or synching is
3 to 4 days. We do offer rush services for an extra fee. Our
rush charges are listed on the
pricing page.
- What is the format of the video contained on the
DepoView CD?
The video on your DepoView CD is in MPEG1 format.
- I can't see the words when
I play back my clips. What should I do?
In order to see the captions, you must have
Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher, which comes with
almost any version of Windows. In Windows Media
Player, go to Play -> Captions and Subtitles and make
sure that the "On if Available" is selected.
- What are my payment
options?
All payments are made at the time of order.
Payment is made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or
